I consider myself a citizen of the world having lived most of my childhood years in Africa, and completing my education in the UK and USA.
I spent most of my career in the nonprofit sector mostly with international organizations working to reduce hunger and poverty globally. While I have a background in agricultural science, I realized over the years that I am more right brained and so drawn to creative expression, communications, and personal development.
As a consultant, I help mission-driven organizations connect with, and communicate from, their innermost purpose. I ’m also a Certified Professional Coactive Coach serving those few individuals who are willing to do the work of transforming their lives to be fully self-expressed and fulfilled. It’s a natural extension of what I do.
With more than two decades of experience helping organizations communicate the good they do in the world, I wanted to share what I’ve learned more widely. I love to work with people committed to a cause or an impact that I can get behind. Cutting through the clutter to get to the essence of why people do what they do creates clarity. And from there, new possibilities open up, whether you’re a business, non-profit, start-up, or one person out to change the world.
E. Forster, the famed English novelist, wrote “Only Connect. Live in Fragments no longer.” This reflects my own personal brand. To connect deeply with myself, my clients, and my work. To bring the fragments of my life powerfully together into one.
The values I bring to my work are authenticity, curiosity, presence, and kindness. You can find my full bio on linked in.
If you’d like to work together on projects big or small, developing an idea you’ve had, have something you want to say to the world and looking for new ways to say it, I can help.
